Creative Alien ships worldwide from Portugal. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
01. Processing time
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.
02. Delivery times & rates
Europe — 2–4 business days · €10, free over €200.
UK — 3–5 business days · €15.
United States & Canada — 3–7 business days · €25, free over €300.
Rest of world — 5–10 business days · calculated at checkout.
03. Duties & taxes
EU orders are shipped duty-paid. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival — these are the recipient's responsibility.
04. Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us at hello@creativealien.com.
05. Undelivered orders
Packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed collection will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
