We want every piece to feel right. If it doesn't, we've made returns straightforward.
01. Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
02. How to return
Email hello@creativealien.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll issue a return label and instructions within 48 hours.
03. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of a defective item.
04. Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement piece. This ensures the item is reserved for you.
05. Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, gift cards, and pieces marked "archive" are not eligible for return.
06. Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.
